Room rates & validity
The rates listed below are valid immediately until March 31, 2015. Please note that these rates are subject to change after this date. We highly recommend booking in advance, especially during peak season, to secure your preferred room type and enjoy the best possible rates. Our Internet Rates include a delicious breakfast – choose from Club, Continental, or Indonesian options. All rates also incorporate a 21% government tax and service charge. High season surcharge
During the peak months of July and August, a high season surcharge of USD 10 will be applied per room per night. This surcharge reflects the increased demand and operational costs associated with these popular travel months. We encourage early bookings to avoid disappointment and potentially secure better rates before the surcharge comes into effect.
Booking, reservation & payment procedures
All reservations require a valid credit card (VISA, MasterCard) for guarantee. The card will be charged upon booking confirmation. All USD charges will be converted to Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) using the latest buying rate. A 3% Bank Fee applies to credit card transactions. A one-night deposit will be charged directly to your credit card under CV. Balibagus Citra Mandiri, with the remaining balance payable during your stay.
Refund policy
Should you require a refund, a 3% additional fee will be applied. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original credit card and may take up to 7 working days to appear on your statement. Please allow sufficient time for processing and bank transfers. We aim to handle refund requests efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth process for our guests.
