Chocolate health supplement recalled: hidden drug poses serious risk
A chocolate-flavored male enhancement supplement is being pulled from shelves and online marketplaces after federal Health officials discovered it contained a powerful, undeclared prescription drug. The recall affects USALESS.com's Rhino Choco VIP 10X, raising fresh concerns about the unregulated supplement industry.

Recall issued for rhino choco vip 10x
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced Friday that the product contains tadalafil, the active ingredient in Cialis, without listing it on the label. This omission makes the supplement illegal to sell over-the-counter.
USALESS.com has initiated the recall of its 10-gram chocolate supplement, packaged in black cardboard boxes with a 2027 expiration date. The company states that tadalafil can lower blood pressure to dangerous levels, particularly in individuals taking nitrates for conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease.
“The product has been immediately removed from our online store until we are certain that the problem has been corrected,” USALESS.com said in a statement shared by the FDA. Consumers are urged to immediately return the product for a full refund.
This isn't the first time “Rhino”-branded supplements have raised red flags. In 2018, the FDA issued a warning about these products, citing a surge in adverse Health events linked to undisclosed drugs. The agency has repeatedly warned consumers against purchasing and ingesting these supplements.
The FDA advises anyone who has purchased the recalled Rhino Choco VIP 10X to discontinue use immediately and contact USALESS.com for instructions on returning the product. The company’s swift action is a necessary response to a potentially dangerous situation, but it underscores the risks consumers face when buying supplements from unregulated sources. The incident serves as a stark reminder that what’s advertised isn’t always what’s delivered.
